So now you got me thinking, we just don't give that little bag of comfort enough credit. Check this out.

Teabags will quickly reduse swelling if placed warm and wet over the eyes. Takes away any trace of tears!

I had a manicure a few years ago (guess I'm due for a spa day too), and the manicurist said old fruit like plums, pears, etc. when mixed with sugar make a great scrub for the hands. I've also had a vaseline and sugar hand scrub, very nice.

Vaseline is toxic. It is a man made by product. Stick with coconut oil, olive oil, bees wax etc. hand scrubs are very nice. Just use baking soda to exfoliate and soften. Then use an all natural hand cream.

I can vouch for olive oil. What a great moisturizer! I use it daily and I really love it. Great for your lips, too. I use it as a nighttime moisturizer, plus during the day. Esp in the winter.

When I worked in a salon, we did parafin treatments for hands and feet We also used different oils depending on what process we were going to do. The oils we used were natural extracts the company was Aveda. My children started having dry scalp this winter. I bought them scalpicin after I checked off all the other things that could make them itch such as lice(yuck) and dandruff.....No sign thank God. Then I remembered my salon days and found an oil to use on them. Seems to help.
