It is a bit of a mess right now, but I will take one and post it when I get a chance. What it is, is a tall bookshelf with about 5 shelves. On the bottom I have my vinegars, oils and flavorings like vanilla rose water etc. Then on the shelf on top of that I have all the hot sauces etc. Then going up I have a double turn-table and have all the small Jars of herbs and spices that I use most of the time. Then the next two shelves going up I have baskets in each that have my whole seeds and peppercorns for the grinder and the different salts from all over the world. I also have overflow in a large container in the basement with things that I buy in bulk. I have to keep checking to make sure eveything is good to use. Thats about it.

Sounds like heaven to me. I'm jealous. last year I had a shelf custom built sort of a mini version of yours.

Spice tower 001.jpgThis is a pic of my spice tower. It is just a basic bookshelf. I have plain plastic baskets on the two top shelves for things that I do not use as much. The bakers rack next to it holds my larger containers & some Pkg goods. To the left of the tower is the stairs to the basement and before you go down, I have a peg board with hooks for all of my pots and skillets. It really keeps them out of the way and very handy because they are right where I can get to them.

Thats not being nosey, just curious. Not a black bag, just a couple of cast iron pans that are too heavy to hang with the rest of my pans on the pegboard outside the doorway. I use them often, so I just keep them on the bottom shelf so I can grab when I need to instead of putting them downstairs in the basement.

Nice set up. I hang my pots in the cellar stair well as well. It seems to hold a lot. I have shelves built on the back of each stair and store my pots and pans etc as well as hang off the wall. Just an idea. Not sure but behind the blender there seems to be a space between what ever and the cabinet. I have a wire rack that fits unto the cabinet but hangs below for storage. It's got wire prongs that slide on the bottom of the shelf and still let's the door close ....just a thought.
