I think I found the mystery machine. Not cheap but does the job. My attachment on my Kitchenaid appears to be a good substitute.

Very similar to the one I used, my neighbour picked it up at a yard sale for $5

I was wondering that also.....is it the strainer attachment? I have a few attachments that came as a set, but that one I will have to purchase separately if I don't want duplicates.

I bought the attachment kit. It has the strainer attachment. juices and removes the skin and seeds. The puree collects on the strainer so you can just scrap it in if you want it.
