We spent Valentines Day in Hawaii last year so I think I'll make a humming bird cake. Short Ribs w/white rice and macaroni salad. Mmm sounds good.

I wish I could put a coconut frosting on it but I'm the only one who would like it.

Just found a recipe here for viennese squares. I made these more then 20 years ago from a gourmet magazine recipe. I think they would be great for valentines day and I hope they taste the same!

I wasn't sure what they were, after reading the ingredients for the basic cookie, I remember a person I babysat for many moons ago, making these, but using golden grahms cereal in it, they were yummy.

I just whipped up a batch of my husbands favorite cookie, Sour Cream Cookies. The batter is in the frig. time for some shut eye then I'll bake them up this evening. (I work 3rd shift). They are a soft cake like cookie. I sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top like a sniker doodle rather than a frosting. (I'm still planning on humming bird cup cakes for Tuesday).
