    Cool How do I preserve Escargot Butter?

    I would like to make escargot butter (The kegs) listed on this site, as a Christmas gift. How long would it stay good for and how would I preserve it properly? Thanks!

    Freezing would be my first response, but you've got some raw ingredients in there that may very well turn watery upon defrosting. Anyone else care to tackle this one???
