I love eggs, i'll pass up pancakes every time for an egg or omelet or what ever which way you want to prepare them. Hence, my children have learned the art of cooking an egg also. My Oldest was home for the Holidays and told me how, He and his wife had house guests and they were very impressed with his skill of flipping an egg without a spatula. He then gave me a big mushy kiss and hug because we both know where he learned that!!
