    Question Scottish Tea Cake

    I am looking for a Scottish Tea Cake recipe that was included in Victoria magazine about 20 years back. If anyone can provide me with this, I would be grateful.

    there are hundreds of different kinds. If you can't get an answer then give us a description and we can find a substitute for you.
