    Holiday Frozen Punch

1 large pkg. strawberry, raspberry, or cherry gelatin
    1 large can pineapple juice
3 1 litre bottles of ginger ale

Make the gelatin with the pkg directions and set aside. Next stir in the entire can of pineapple juice. Add 2 more cups of water. Now pour into a freezer container. I use gallon sized empty milk jugs. Freeze until completely frozen for a couple of days. An hour before serving time take the frozen punch out of the freezer and cut away the plastic container. Drop into a large punch bowl. With a large knife, break up the punch into chunks. Slowly pour ginger ale over and carefully stir. Add ginger ale until you reach the consistency you like.

This recipe will please most anyone. There is never a drop of it left when I serve it each Christmas! Happy Holidays!

You can use orange, lime or any other flavor you prefer. Use your imagination and enjoy!
