Hi, I want to make a Liver sandwich spread out of my left over beef which we have cooked. Is this possible? We cooked the coated the beef liver with flour and seasoning. Then we saute onions and garlic. Then we baked it for about 10 minutes. But the liver was tough so I need to make the left over into a liver spread. The ingredient also says 1/3 cup of cream. What is the kind of cream should be used? Hope you can help me with this. Thanks.
