    substitutions

    i am in the process of making a dish that requires 11/2 cup chicken broth. unfortunately, i don't have any and i was wondering if there was any kind of substitution that i could use. Thanks for the help cathy

    What kind of dish is it? Do you have any bouillion around? That can easily be a stand in, although watch out for the salt content. If nothing else use water with a little splash of wine...
