Thread: pasta salad

    Red face pasta salad

    I am making a pasta salad for teachers dinnner at school, i am making it for 12 people as a side dish, if i use 2 pds. If i use 2 pds. Of tri-color pasta, will that be enough. I also am using bell peppers,(4 colors), green onion,celery,cucumbers, broccoli,mushrooms carrots,olives, white onions, cherry tomatoes, and italian dressing. What quantity of ea ch veggie do i need for this amount of pasta salad, and how much of the bottled dressing? Also i am taking in tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. should i put italian dressing in tonight or wait till tomorrow? Sorry never made this much before

    pasta is 2 oz per person uncooked. But you might want to increase or decrease depending other dishes or appetites. It always depends on guessing the crowd.
