For those of you on the Paleo/Primal Blueprint/SCD/GAPS diets, you know how sneaky those supermarket brands can be about sneaking in HFCS, gluten, and other non-compliant ingredients into bottled sauces. Even the "healthy" or "Organic" sauces can fool you. Below I offer up a recipe for making succulent, smokehouse style ribs using my "Meat Medley" dry rub, Mark Sisson's HFCS-free Barbeque Sauce (from the "Primal Blueprint Cookbook" and your Weber gas-grill (I use mine with a $12 smoker box from Home Depot).
