Quick, Easy, and Healthy Meal Ideas???

    Ok, everybody!

Looking for quick and easy meal ideas that are healthy, too! My boyfriend and I are tired of eating out of a bag all the time. We lead such busy lives, and we have found that nothing even sounds good anymore. We are in desperate need of a change here, guys. Thanks in advance for your ideas. It is greatly appreciated!

When I get bored I turn to adding spices to my favourite dishes. Turmeric, garlic, oregano, sage, thyme etc. I use Sunday morning for my cook time. This morning I made 20 servings of chicken stew. I can also convert it to chicken and dumplings, chicken pot pie, chicken a la king, chicken noodle soup, or chicken chili.
Make a batch of meatballs in the oven. spaghetti and meatballs, Italian meatball soup, Swedish meatballs, meatball pizza.
So you need to set aside some time to menu plan the likes and dislikes and work on it together.

Most "womens" magazines usually have quite a few recipes and menus in them, can't hurt to check those out...

Its just the two of us, so I figure i could plan about two meals a week and be just fine. We kinda work opposite shifts, (him days, and I do a split shift). I don't get home until 8:30pm. I was thinking i could make my cooking day saturday (we have a tiny tiny kitchen) or get up early and utilize our crock pot.

Just like the shifts, split it up, split up kitchen times, shop one day, prep one day, cook the next, share the clean up or toss a coin! Then it's not such a chore.
