shot glass recipes

I am looking for some appetizer ideas that I can make in shot glasses. Particularly the plastic disposable ones. What ya got?

Gazpacho, veggie smoothies, or broths ( chicken,beef, or veggie) with a dipper. How about a thin Thai roll sitting in a dipping sauce. How about an asparagus crisp ( wrapped in phyllo pastry cooked with a light sprinkle of sea salt) sitting in a mornay sauce in the bottom. Virgin Caesar with a hit of heat with curls of celery and carrots. Bread stick in a blue cheese dressing.
