    A Sweet Pork Sauce

    3 tbsp. butter
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 small onion, minced
    3 tbsp. molasses
    1 tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Melt butter in a 2 qt. saucepan. Add catsup, p'apple juice, brown sugar, onion, molasses, paprika, and garlic powder. Boil 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, cover and set aside. Use as a grilling or baking sauce for pork or chicken.

Will get smiles from your family!

The pineapple juice adds a really nice flavor that goes so well with the pork or chicken. Esp. when you grill it!

If the electricity goes out, the propane grill will be the only heat source...unless it gets blown away!!!

We loose hydro during the winter. By the time my husband got up I had made coffee, eggs, toast, and bacon. Learning to think out side of the box.

A necessary skill for sure! Sounds like a nice breakfast, too!
