3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. orange extract
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. all-pupose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
In a large bowl cream butter and sugar. Add the egg and the remaining ingedients. Drop by the spooonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
These are guaranteed to bring a little sunshine into your day!
Now that spring is right around the corner, making these can be like an early taste of those sweet days! I am going to make a batch today.

I have never used orange extract, these sound good!
