3 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 tsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine 1 c. confectioners sugar, shortening, zest and salt. Add water and lemon juice. Mix til creamy, then beat in remainder of sugar. Spread over cake layers!
