Have a weightwatchers recipe for meatloaf with salsa and fat free shredded cheddar cheese. This sounds wonderful...but how many points per slice? I don't even have any nutrition info to calculate it myself. what should I do?
I found a 5 yr blog that breaks it down. One point = (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (min{r, 4}/5)

But honestly I was a member years ago. It's not one item or one meal that does the damage, it's a lifestyle. So don't sweat it. Keep your protein to the size of your palm. Make it an occasional treat and you will not go wrong. Your already cutting it back with the salsa and fat free shredded cheese.
