    New show on food network

A newshow on Food channel. Its called Sugar High. Same style of Guy's tripleD show.

The premiere included a segment on a woman who specializes in bread pudding. Over 200 types, all served cold.

So when do we get the chef that makes veggies taste good and we really want to eat them? I've been enjoying Eat st. wish my home kitchen was as creative as those on the road. It amazes me that Guy's triple D isn't for diabetes, diverticulitis and death. Oh don't get me wrong I still watch and am in awe. I do like his enthusiasm.

This is a late reply involving both the previous posts, FWIW--I have made savory bread puddings and they were wonderful as side dishes, combining starch, protein, dairy, and veggies in one dish. Skip the sweet stuff and just add grilled veggies and cheese to your custard/bread mix and bake as usual. It's a surprisingly delicious way to go.....
