old recipe for white creamy chicken spinach and noodles casserole

I am from Savannah, Ga. and a woman I knew made this delicious casserole and I never got the recipe. Is anyone familiar with this dish, please help!.
One detail to add is the cream sauce that was poured over the chicken, spinach and noodles right before it went in the oven was a frothy, white sauce
with at least half and half or heavy whipping cream as one of the ingredients. Thank you in advance for your help.
