Powdered and liquid pectins have different measurements that need to be used and so they're not interchangeable. When using commercial pectins, it's best to use recipes that are designed specifically for using the particular pectin you are planning to use.
Pectin boxes usually come with an instruction sheet packed inside with general instructions and recipes.
