Garlic croutons, crushed
chicken strips
1 c. buttermilk
black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. melted butter
Melt butter and coat bottom of baking pan. Rinse chicken in water. Pat dry. Dip in buttermilk. Combine crushed croutons and black pepper. Roll chicken in the crouton mixture, and arrange in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until golden brown, or until done to your wishes.
The easiest thing imaginable when you are pressed for time!
