    Cheesy Chili Dog Bake

    1 c. dry elbow macaroni
    1 can chili with beans
    4 franks, cut into slices
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 c. shredded cheddar
    1 c. crushed corn chips

    Cook macaroni and drain. Combine chili, franks and tomatoes in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over med heat until hot. Stir in macaroni and 1/2 c. of the cheese. Spoon into two quart baking dish. Cover. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover and top with rest of cheese, combined with chips. Bake 10 more minutes.

    Easy to make for kids or anyone who loves delightfully simple food!

    Sounds nice and simple if I had the nerve to turn the oven on in this weather!

    91 F here in Ontario today. Nasty storms this morning. Just how many times can we reorganize the freezer? Discovered my new frig off this morning for the 3rd time since I bought it in Dec. LG 3 door. Not impressed.

    I know! This is more in tune with a chilly, fall afternoon when we are waiting for the football game to come on! Those days are creeping closer, though!
