    West Coast Pizza

3/4 lb. grilled or cooked, chopped chicken
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
    1/2 medium onion, sliced thinly
1 refrigerated pizza dough crust, baked
1/3 c. your favorite barbeque sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella or Pepper jack cheese

Heat oven to 400. Put vegetables in a skillet, lightly oiled, and cook until tender. Spread baked crust with the barbeque sauce. Add vegetables. Top with chicken and cheese. Place crust directly on middle rack of oven Bake 10 minutes until cheese melts. May sprinkle with parmesan cheese when you take the pizza out of the oven. Serve at once.

    Who doesn't love pizza!!!

As an added thing you may add 1/4 c. of pineapple tidbits to the pizza before it bakes. VERY good!

I used to make pizza all the time. I guess I just grew lazy and stopped. (Or I just got too busy) I'm thinking of trying it again sometime.

Fleishman's have come out with a new yeast just for pizza. No rise time. Put it together in 30 minutes. Look for the green label.
