Never heard of him. Thanks I found his website www.barbequebible.com. I was looking for someone like this. I've had a BBQ for years but rarely use it since there is just two of us. This site just might get me out of the kitchen.
He is GREAT! I was just watching one of his shows a couple of days ago. He knows what it's all about! I would love to have one of his cokbooks.
Over July 4th weekend the local PBS station did nothing but BBQ and grilling shows, I really did feel like I'd just attended a comprehensive course!
I really miss the PBS cooking shows. I can't seem to find any in Ontario Canada. Remember when you could get nothing but exercise shows from 6-9 am every morning.

Alton Brown aired a one hour show a few times on BBQ this week. Covered alot of ground and showed how to build your own fairly cheap. It includes out takes from the History Channel's show on BBQ..
Only in Canada eh! We have a limit to our shows up here foodnetwork.ca doesn't carry a lot of shows you get. I pick and choose on the net.
