Lime Pickles

I bet you could pickle things using lime juice instead of vinegar; it's acid enough. You'd need a lot of it, but somebody with a lime tree could try it.

Don't have a lime tree, but i have always wanted one. I DID have a dwarf pomegranate tree one time.
