    Jim`s Country Style Pork Ribs

    6 country style pork ribs
    1 28oz can pineapple juice
    1 bottle bulls eye original bbq sauce

    1. Preheat oven to 350*
    2. Trim all excess fat from ribs.
    3. Place ribs in a lg. stock pot.Pour in the pineapple juice and boil the ribs for 45=60
    minutes. Drain juice.
    4. Baste ribs with sauce, place in the oven for 2 1/2-3 minutes. take out and repeat for other side.
    5. take out and baste a third time and let set for 5 minutes.
    6. They are now ready to serve...

    **note: you will have to use a spatula once they are cooked because they will be so tender they will fall a part.***

    I bet if you replaced baking with broiling or grilling you would have an even better product. You know, with the carmelized sauce.. mmmmmm
