Can anyone help me?? I have numerous giant jars of prepared dill pickles. Is there a relish recipe that I can make with these pickles? or would they be too soft once processed> I was hoping for a zuchini hot dog relish type recipe. Anyone??

If you make them into sweet pickles I bet they could be chopped & seasoned and become a good hot dog relish.
