Just an Interesting Website
I chanced across this one a ways back when I was looking for something though now have forgotten what. But I was amazed at the way these guys are producing (among other, more practical things) kitchen tools so specialized that I'd have to doubt anyone needs them. And they're very pretty. (And probably very expensive, though I didn't check.) Kind of the professional chef's Williams-Sonoma. It's (of course) an old-line French outfit transmuting itself into the 21st Century.
