    When I make pancakes I make them w/o eggs. They are light and sans any eggy taste that people often find objectionable.

    We have gone from bread crumbs to pancakes.......I just love us all!!!!

    I know! Aren't we just wonderful? BTW, I have a recipe somewhere around here for a savory pancake, and it has a Mexican twist I think. I haven't made them yet, but they look really good!
