Thread: Indoor grilling

    Question Indoor grilling

I am interested in information on grill types for use indoors. I am building a new kitchen and would like to have a cooktop with a grill (gas). I recently looked at the GE Monogram (pro series). GE has recently changed the grill from the conventional gas burner with a grease drawer to an infared burner with a small grease trap and no grease drawer. Can anyone tell me if the infared burner will flare or become a greasy mess. The old system seems superior to the new? Any thoughts will be helpful. Thanks.

Although this would seem to be the correct forum for your question, I think you might have a better response under "general discussions" or "questions", that's where everybody goes to first. Good luck!
