Trying to do something different, so I thought Tender Cactus sounded good when I saw it in the aisle today at the food store. I bought 2 bottles, it looks like green beans but is in a vinegary brine. I'm soaking it in water in the fridge after I rinsed it...Any ideas on to serve it watm and with some kind of sauce? I want to fool the kids into thinking they're eating a green bean casorole !
