"The Real Chili Cookbook" by Marjie Lambert

One of the best gifts I've ever gotten for Christmas. One hundred recipes from all schools of thought on this favorite subject. Background info for each recipe and gorgeous photographs to make your mouth water and your imagination start simmering. In a TV interview I spied it in the kitchen of a three time national chili cook-off champion, how's that for an endorsement!!!

It sounds really great! There are so many variations for chili, and each one can make a huge difference. I know this is one to be sure to check out! Thanks!

We're big chili fans. I put this one on my Amazon "wishlist." Amazon gives it five stars!
