oven fried chicken for a crowd

Does anyone have a recipe for oven fried chicken that can be made at least two days ahead? It would have to feed 100-150, and I would want it to reheat nicely and still taste freshly made. This is for my granddaughter's first communion buffet so I do so want it to be special for a very special little girl.

did you ever get any responses to the chicken for a crowd question. I have a graduation open house that I would like to make some chicken tenders for and prep them ahead of time and reheat in large portions. So, I was curious if you got any responses.
