    Pork Chops, Potatoes and Carrots

4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
4 med. carrots, skinned and sliced
    4 pork chops
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 1/2 c. barbeque sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. cola
    1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Place potatoes and carrots in large baking dish. Top with chops, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients, and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hr. or until tender.

Delightful scents will fill the house and everyone will be asking, "When is dinner ready?"

Sounds yummy! My sister does the potatoes and carrots like that when she roasts a chicken. They come out so soft and delicious. Mmmm!

Yeah, and you know it is the classic combination for roast beef, too. Roasted veggies are just 2 good!
