4 chops
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp. butter or oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup (98% fat-free)
1 c. water or low fat milk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Sprinkle chops with lemon pepper seasoning. Heat butter or oil and cook chops til browned. Place in a baking dish. Add soup, mustard and water. Cover and bake at 375 til tender. Serve with rice and a vegetable or salad.
