1 yellow cake mix
One 11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
One 9 oz. container Cool Whip
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
3 oz. box instant vanilla pudding

Combine cake mix, oranges,eggs, and oil. Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Bake at 350 in pan that is greased and floured. (13x9) until a straw inserted comes out clean. (about 30-35 minutes) Cool. Combine Cool Whip, pineapple and juice, and vanilla pudding mix. Frost cooled cake, and keep refrigerated.
