1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
4 c. cubed day old bread
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar
2 12 oz. cans evaporated fat free milk
10 lg. eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Grease 13x9 baking pan. Place bread evenly in the baking pan, and sprinkle cheese over that. Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over, evenly. Cover. Chill overnight. Preheat oven to 325. Bake 55-60 minutes or until golden brown. Cover loosely with foil as it bakes if it begins browning too quickly.
This will satisfy the heartiest of appetites!
