At Archive.org I found a textbook titled, "The School Lunch" by Marion Louise Cronan, published in 1962. It is a textbook about how to set up and run a school cafeteria.

It includes recipes. School cafeteria recipes start on page 343.

Thank you so much for leading me to Archive.org, which in turn led me to http://openlibrary.org/, where I found hundreds of free, old, downloadable cookbooks! I've been looking for old cookbooks for a while now, and these don't even have to be paid for. Very interesting and valuable!
