Time to start thinking about St. Patrick's Day. Do you do anything in the way of food to honor this day of revelry? I always make a cake or cupcakes from pistachio pudding. You can add a little green coloring to the batter, and it is in keeping with all the wearing-of-the-green. Sometimes I bake sugar cookies that I cut out with a 4 leaf clover cookie cutter. No children in my house, but I am a child at heart!![]()
