Chicken and Rice Casserole
4 skinless, boneless chicken pieces
1 can of cream of chicken/mushroom/celery/broccoli soup
(1 cup of uncooked long grain rice (Brown)
1 3/4 cup of water
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Mix soup, rice, water in a 9X13 baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top. cover with foil and seal tightly around edges.
bake one hour or till done.
Made this for supper tonight-It was really good............. :P
