    Drive by eating.

Drive over and knock at a female friend's or married male friend's door. Make sure it is before they eat. Hang around till they feed you or they starve.
They do catch on after awhile tho. Just make sure you bring the woman something once in awhile. LOL.

I make a couple of recipes and split it with my 3 single neighbours. None of them cook and they always appreciate the care package.

Nice if you have freinds that are good enough to just wander in on and will take you to their table. In Thailand they have a saying "come and eat rice!" But it means all the good things that come with the rice, too. They have so many wonderful dishes. I love the glutinous rice with mango. It is sweet and reminds me of our rice pudding.

Flowers work too. LOL. So does odd jobs and shoveling snow. Funny thing, most won't let men wash dishes.

No offense intended to any males out there, but I've always found that the dishes come out CLEANER when I wash them--maybe because I put a shot of ammonia into the dishwater??? Or maybe because I pay more attention to the job I'm doing instead of the football game??? Flowers, odd jobs, and snow shoveling are also good things--especially combined!

Neighbor #1 has mega snow plow. Neighbor # 2 experienced farmer/mechanic ,( got me out of trouble, it's a lawn mower vs. clothes line nightmare story) my hubby is not mechanical. Neighbor # 3 is just fun to be around. Confirmed.. hubbies are bad at dish washing I think it's just to get out of the job, it's like painting, They just hate it. They will lie about it but I have it figured out! Hubby totally annoyed my late Mother with his "method" and it worked every time! Still does with me.
