How long will Oysters keep in the refrigerator. They are not shucked.
Store them on ice, "cup" side down, draining off any accumulated water. You don't want them to soak. I wouldn't try for more than a week. They need air, so don't cover them in plastic, just a dampened paper towel. Keep replacing that ice, they need to stay as cold as you can possibly keep them.
