Hi I've been looking for a turkish bread recipe now for several years and I can't find anyone who knows it. I'm talking here about the one you see for sale in the markets and
organic shops. It's oval shaped and flat with a very chewy, bubble texture. I'm sure it's similar to a pitta bread type but I'm missing something, so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks, Alex.
