I am going to post this recipe mainly for Kateri-Marie. This makes 16 servings and I know you need all of them!
1 1/2 Chopped Carrots
1 1/2 Chopped Onions
1 1/2 Chopped Celery
1 1/2 Chopped Peppers
2 1/2 Cups water
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Salt
Put all in Frying pan, cook on high for 20 mins. Pour into blender and blend 3 mins. Pour into sauce pan.
28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
700 ml. can Pasta sauce ( Tomato)
Put into blender blend 1 min on High, pour in Sauce Pan with veggies.
12 Italian sausages
Cook until brown cut into 1/4 length wise then into 1/6. Add to Sauce cook on med. 30 mins or until your are ready to serve
