    Rosemary chickpea

    ROSEMARY CHICKPEA
Sauté a small onion in Olive Oil until golden. Add a can of chickpeas and 1/2 tbsp. of fresh Rosemary.
Simmer 15 mins and then pour into blender. Blend on high and pour back into pot. Simmer 15 mins again and eat !

So there is no other liquid? Is this supposed to be a soup, or a dip, or what?

I was wondering the same thing. It sounds like a dip the way it stands now, but could easily be turned into a soup if you wanted. Hmmmmm....

This is a dip something close to hummus. Very good for you. Great with pita bread chips. Cut pita in pie shape wedges and dredge with olive oil. bake in oven 350 until crisp. Watch them.
