CHEESY POTATO
Begin by Sautéing roughly chopped carrots, celery and onions till tender. Add 2 c of chopped potatoes to the pan. Dump into a pot with 2 16.oz cans of Chicken Stock. Simmer until Potatoes are tender. Add 1/2 c heavy Cream and 1 c of Shredded Cheddar. If you wish you can add bacon chopped up!
