    Potato Balls

I guess I will post the first post!
I know it is a bit out of season but my Fav. appetizer for Thanksgiving are potato Balls!
I boil the potatoes 20 mins take them out and let them cool. Then use a cantaloupe baller to ball them!
You can add any kind of sauce!!

Hi, Cassie-Jane, what kind of potatoes do you use? I am still working on my Thanksgiving day menu...

I'm just jumping in here, but I'm thinking that maybe she's talking about the tiny new red potatoes (just a guess) and scooping them out to fill them with something. Like I said, just a guess.. (but a very tasting one provided on what you fill them with...)

Sounds like a good idea...the taste won't be any different, but the kids will eat it because it is a change!!
