Thank you very much for the manual. I found the CHICK n FRYER in my grandmothers pantry burried in the corner. the manual was lost years ago and I looked everywhere on the web to find a copy. she told me that I could have the fryer because she was afraid to use it with out the manual. now that you posted a copy of the manual on here I can start to use the fryer. again thank you.

Many thanks for the manual...another grandmother's hand-me-down put to good use as soon as I read it ... Always wished I could fry chicken and not burn or undercook it... My family will be impressed.
