The complete canadian living baking book

This book is great! It's got tons of recipes, beautifully laid out, and a wide range of recipes, from simple to gourmet. I love it!

I have the Christmas book. I've used it for years and have had great results. The culinary dept. has got to be one of the best resources out there.

I have tons of cookbooks, but not this one. It sounds wonderful. Here in the Deep South I dream of snowy days where I can snuggle into the warm kitchen and make cozy fare for my loved ones. Canada is a beautiful country. I know the food is great... lots of French influences.

I have been to Canada a number of times, and it is indeed a beautiful country. If anyone is interested in Southern fare, I have been enjoying the Mary Mac's Tea Room cookbook lately. I, too, read cookbooks like novels, and this one is interesting from both a food and historical perspective.

I have been to Canada several times, too... from Quebec to British Columbia. One of the prettiest countries in the world. BTW, I DO have an interest in the historical aspect of recipes. Our history in the South is rich in numerous and varied dishes. I am also interested in old Roman dishes, Victorian, and Caribbean recipes.
